A lovely little hotel directly on the beach

Nice property directly on the beach. Nicely decorated fresh looking room. Lovely view from the room. Welcoming check in, the lady who checked us was nice and friendly. Towels are nice and white. Bathroom shower a good size. ATM outside the property. Supermarket directly across the road. Breakfast was good with numerous selections. The spa had to be booked which is good as it’s just you and your travel party using it exclusively.

The floor in bedroom needed a sweep over. I was asked if everything was okay but I didn’t want to make a fuss about the bedroom floor. Also the dinner food options were not great and the jacuzzi felt like it needed more chlorine, it didn’t have that fresh spa smell. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall everything was okay. Very satisfied with the service and location

The property is very well located, very close to Magaluf beach.

The food was lovely at restaurant with multiple choices but I really struggled because the food display tag and list of ingredients were missing.

Great autumn break to beach

Location was amazing....on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Rooms was lovely with gorgeous view on beach

The breakfast at hotel wasn't great. We only had bed +breakfast. Lighting in bathroom wasn't good for us ladies doing makeup.

The location and the breakfast were nice.

The toilet brush was dirty when I got to the room alongside the toilet. There wasn't an iron to iron clothes, which could be a great addition to the room.

Gorgeous room

Junior suite with Jacuzzi bath was incredible.The room was very large had everything we needed in it plus 2 tv’s.

In the room we had ants everywhere which were in our bed,sofa and sides. The spa was very basic wasn’t great. The pool was lovely but left the space outdoors was very small. Food was awful the amount I paid I was expecting for 4* a great selection the food was about 2*. The food selection was very small and didn’t Cater for vegetarians only chips and salad even for meat eaters the selection was very poor. The food had about 6 trays of hot food then a separate part where someone would freshly cook pork for you but long queue for it which would then block the way of everyone else getting the food from the other section was very chaotic. All in which is 3 drinks at only lunch or tea you could only choose beer, wine, sangria. 24 hours into my stay I did speak with reception and they gave me some money back to then be bed and breakfast for the rest of our stay which I was happy with.

the beach was large,many places to stay,very short distance to the hotel-about 100 m,i liked the food,all kind of products,fresh fruits

the hotel is good with a great view and excellent accommodation, it is worth the money that is paid for it

an incredible view that crosses out almost all the negatives

breakfast could be better, it needs to be worked on we were in April and the water in the pools was cold, they could somehow heat it up a little

Good hotel in party area. Don’t expect excellency

Nice location by the see

They did not prepare anything we talked about before our arrival. Seems no one read our chat and just sent us automatic messages. Restaurant meals were under average. Room 101 was very noisy. We don’t mind peiple outside shouting and partying, but next to the bathroom there is some large loud AC unit or kitchen vent. Lighta on the balconies are shining all night to show the hotel, but you can’t also sleep well with them.

Manager of hotel restaurant is simply arogant. This lady may just snatch your plate while you're eating telling we are closing - where there is still like 15min to breakfast end. That was super unpleasant

Vacation spent well, Birthday spent well at flamboyan- Was like dream if you rent room number 703.

Nice 4 star Hotel in Magaluf, sea view room was like dream, We had room on last 7th floor with sea view, it was mesmerizing. Spa access made this trip more relaxed and satisfying! Nice gesture from Hotel staff as birthday wish, upgrading normal room to sea view room. Really appreciate it

Parking is extra charge, after paying big amount for Hotel, one has to pay 15€ per day extra charge for Parking. Also Parking is really small so if You are traveling in pick season, even after paying charges, there will not be place in their parking spot and you have to wait until staff finds another place to park, wastes your precious vacation time! Breakfast could have more vegan/vegetarian friendly option.

Fab hotel, great location, poor breakfast

Excellent location with comfy beds, fridge in room, lovely clean room and bathroom.

Breakfast! The cooked elements of breakfast were very disappointing and always has been. Stayed here many times in the past as had my Mum and it's always the same.

Amazing views with cracking breakfast

Amazing selection choice for breakfast, we booked a suite and it was one of the biggest rooms I have ever stayed in complete with four poster Sunlounger a couch, a table and a hot tub on the patio. Anna on reception was lovely and did her best to make us feel welcome. The only problem I had was reporting a maintenance issue that didn’t get fixed so I had to go to the shop for supplies and fix it myself.
